The current OS is 58M and float is 52M, when all those notes convert, I estimate the OS shouldn't be no more than 250-300M . Now if they increased the AS, I would be a bit concerned.

Anyone who knows the OTC, knows how hard QB stocks run after dilution.

34K? I see 4 notes totalling over 160K debt yet to be converted. Already converting at 0004 now, next round even cheaper.
160K/0004= 400M more to convert.

Off course we will see some short upticks here when note back off to get st higher to make more profit, but mid term this will go down into low triples.
