How does an A/S of 500 million shares compute to an O/S of 127 million? The O/S may be maxed out and along with a name change and symbol change will be a reverse split and a 500 million A/S. That document proves nothing about the current O/S. Nor does it indicate any of the future corporate action. I've seen many of these end up with Symbol change, Name change and reverse split from the get go.
