The calculator did say 2.88 Billion and 780 million was 3.66 Billion

That leaves 1.34 Billion in the DUTV bank and 1.242 Billion outstanding...I believe.

Cover would leave 98 million I suppose...

I suppose I could give the water's a test at $3.75 on those Ally held shares.
