How exactly do you know what the share structure of FRFS is? The last known information was over 2 years ago. For 2 years no one knows if Harsh Shetty sold some convertible notes. If Harsh Shetty got some free trading shares as part of this deal.
And what proof does anyone have that these boys have all that cash to put in this shell. Wishing & Hoping does not produce $160 million. LOL!!
