Is a viable question. Makes one wonder if they illegally increased the A/S and havent announced it yet...or what the float actually is. Or how many of those restricted shares convert into common shares that could be sold into the float. I'm no expert on figuring SS and such, but does make one ask questions.
Still...given that..the chart does look primed and consolidation line has crept up significantly. So from a chartist perspective, this COULD still explode on technicals
