I think the financials have to be filed before Stop sign can be removed. I suspect CEO has that ready also...we will see, but I don't think it has to be filed to get symbol and name change

No. The stop sign is there because MHHC hasn't filed any financial reports for periods more recent than 31 December 2016. When it does that, the stop sign will be removed.
