You have a low bar, I guess announcing that you closed and acquisition and then saying it was never really closed is okay with you? The company hasn't changed. McCusker is still around, the filings still aren't done. Frank is still a guy that was posting on ihub before he became the CEO of a worthless company.

Seriously? He drove his company into the ground. Debt everywhere, some of which he's still trying to resolve through his personal bankruptcy.

And he has not been "removed". He's still a director of the company, far as anyone knows.
