Because you are up 100% is the reason to be cautious.
AVLIF is at a new all time high.
Lots of volume in the last two months.
Lots of gains to take.
So, a pull back may be needed, but hope not anytime soon.

I hope your right and this stock continues in an upward trajectory. So far today down a little bit and just hoping it will end the week in $1+ range. I think this stock has strong potential too
