Reverse split: it is simple sure bankruptcy for delcath versus a desperate attempt to survive. Of course you can't expect filings to say that. In a sense the last reverse split was exactly the same and it did achieve survival for another year and profit for quite a few and a chance to get out gracefully. Folks could have gotten out between 5 cents and 8 cents this time, so while people are suing, the truth is maybe Simpson gave the LOSERS all kinds of chance
