( WRONG ) LONGS ALREADY KNOWS MOTLEY FOOL WEALTH OWNED 19+ MILLIONS DNAX SHARES WAY BACK IN THE DAY BEFORE DNAX BITCOIN PIPE DREAM. WAY BACK IN THE DAY I REPEAT. Don't believe me? Go back reading posts 2014-2016. Like I said.. gltya. -Chaka I'm glad I got out 2016.
Good point. Just getting started. Right here right now. Im in. The actions of substance the last couple of weeks here make the climb of this inevitable to me. Along with Adrian took his time and chose wisely the future course. Good job.
That's less than a $2k gamble for a multi billon dollar company. We are taking about less than 20 million shares. Is that supposed to be impressive?? Absolutely not.
Every quarter, the SEC requires all institutional investors, like Motley Fool, to file a report which lists all of their holdings.
This is called a Form 13F-HR, and you can find them available online using the SEC's Edgar system.
Every quarter, Factset Research Systems compiles all of the information from every institutional investor, and they turn all of the data sideways to publish which institutional investors are holding stock in every ticker.
The Dow Jones Newswires then publish the report for each ticker as a news report that shows up in your broker's news feed as company news.
I have been watching the same quarterly report for DNA's institutional investors (actually just the one investor) appear every quarter for years.
In fact, if one looks up the Form 13F-HR quarterly reports available on Edgar, one finds that Motley Fool acquired its DNAX stock in the second quarter of 2015.
You will find the first instance of a report of DNAX in Motley Fool's holdings in its Form 13F-HR filed for period ending 2015-06-30:
Adrian assumed control as the CEO of DNA Brands, Inc. on February 1, 2016. This is well after the timeframe when Motley Fool purchased their DNAX stock.
So, the fact that Motley Fool still holds DNAX stock is completely unrelated to any recent movement in the cryptocurrency sector by DNA.
