Doubt the MJ business will be a home run. Who is going to let a cash starved penny stock handle their money?
This is actually the worst area of the MJ sector to be involved with imo... The Feds create doubt, esp for the money processing aspect, but eventually its going to be legal and the big banks will step in and crush any smaller money processors. No doubt they’re already planning for it.
I see nothing but failure for this deal and all the other money processing pennies. None of them are doing well for a reason, yet the sector is growing fast.... and how can he purchase them if they only want cash and the price is below the stock offering?... Why wont any of these acquisitions take shares?! Why does Troy have to sell large wads of stock at the bottom of the chart just to buy them?! Something is not adding up for ALL of these deals... which is why he hides the details from us, no matter how many times we ask.
The savvy investor should assume this is nothing more than a pump and dump. Anything Troy claims should be considered BS... The guy is bankrupt, his house was foreclosed on and per pictures he thinks hes a hollywood playboy. A lot of people are going to lose money falling for this guys BS.
