I'm sure while not necessarily simple, something that's not a problem and various ways to approach/achieve. That's something I'd want to hand off to legal and tell em "figure it out" lol but as noted by Bricken/Canna, and quite a while back (dates Jan 16'), obviously not anything new or unique.....
NJ conversion, depending on rules and regs, would most likely begin with laying out engineering/plans, seeing what and where and how much can be pulled off and the increments, and just start converting portions as they go along....(depends on final cultivation guidelines, security requirements, etc....)
Lot of people doing that right now (existing GH facilities running produce, leasing off portions for cannabis, etc....but again, as above.....all lies in specific state requirements and guidelines...(security, vaults, access, post processing, etc, so....would have to lay out plans and see how best to convert and where and how, etc)
