That's a bigger swing than we're used to seeing and it might be worth noting that the last settlement date of the period (the report is based on settlement dates vs trade dates) was 10/27, a day that had unusually high volume and a share price jump of 22%, presumably due to the prior day's issuance of the PR headlined:
"Excellent Results in Inhibiting Shingles Virus in Human Skin: NanoViricides Extends Agreement with SUNY Upstate Medical Center"

The next report should be viewed to see if this one was an anomaly or the beginning of a trend. Volume since that date has been way below the average stated in the report of 243,000 and the share price has moved back into the pre-jump range. It's possible that short covering played a significant part in the jump.
