I really like this stock. It is a company that shows increasing revenues, but remains in the pink sheets. Most pink sheets don't have any revenue at all. This one shows much potential, with hardware, software and patents to protect them.
These are little more than startup days. You need to be able to see a year or two into the future about distracted driving in order to understand the gravity of the problem, what will be done with laws, and what car manufacturers, insurers, and others will be forced to do to reduce this real danger. How much money has been spent on drunk driving? This is actually WORSE!
The patents are actually the important part. The technology is patented with over 30 patents, so they can still allow others to 'use' the technology, but will be paid royalties for doing so. Royalties are income, with no expenditure.
I can't see a downside, period.
