it shorting I believe is showing up on the OTC naked short interest reports

I only have the updates thru Nov 6 since I do not paid a subscription to it but someone else may have that paid feature thru yesterday etc I dont

I know market makers do it all the time , ie sell shares they don't have and fill them later thru manipulating the share pricing with secret bid ask cues to other market makers to send prices down or up etc.

don't blame them for trying to make a buck whether its legal or not
