Yes they did. Work is in process right now to obtain the permit. Doesn’t sound like a huge issue due to the quick dilution that will occur upon entry into the MO River.
Yes, the additional engineering that the ACOE requested has been completed and was just submitted to them for review. This is a nothing burger. I expect the ACOE will be announcing the final okay on the remaining few hundred feet. I’m definitely adding more NIOBF to my holiday plate. GLTA!!!
