I totally disagree. This is not the wild west and that applies to the scam, corrupt CEO's as well as the people behind this spam scam. Fraud is illegal in the country. It is both a federal and a state crime and the SEC has a responsibility to maintain the integrity of the system. Try THall to start a Co. and take investors money then blow the money on a vacation. That will land you jail for that behavior whether your Co is reporting or not.
