Isn't it ruled a drug now?
Diamond is exceeding expectations.
All thou it might make it a little less Rocky,
The U.N. does not make the laws for the U.S.

Here's another thing.
These governing bodies of the world like the United Nations and WHO (World Health org) are regulatory bodies that act as "gatekeepers" for various substances. In a nutshell, they can be paid off to vote "yes" or "no". It BS, because cannabis hemp is a plant and its grown everywhere in the world except in the frozen latitudes. How did we come to this sorry state of affairs where we let them ban a miracle plant?
Those organizations and others front for the powerful monopolies; Big Pharma, Big Ag, Big Oil, the FEDS etc. All of them have a strong financial investment in keep MJ illegal.
To answer your question; it will affect everyone if they recommend it stay a banned substance or a drug, rather than a supplement. I see the FEDS desperately trying to keep the lid on the MJ legalization movement and the US trying to exert its influence on other governments worldwide to keep it illegal.(that is slipping) They have been ever since they made it illegal in 1937, prior to that cannabis patent medicines were everywhere and that seems to be happening again today. They want to shut it down again at all costs. The Medical Industrial Complex is scared to death what this will do to their bottom line and they should be. Bastards! their so called synthetic poisonous "medicines" do nothing but make people more sick and bring them massive profits. Cannabis effectively 'cures" a wide range of ailments, so much so its estimated that it would replace over 40% of medications pushed by Big Pharma. I suspect its quite higher than 40% because Cannabis is a panacea, a cure all, a miracle.
We need the United Nations to get behind CBD so the rest of the structures that keep this plant from its rightful place in our history, present and future fall down. I am very hopeful that they will. Canada, Mexico and a host of other countries are decriminalizing and legalizing Medical MJ and Cannabis in general. The trend is to free the plant. Those who want to keep it schedule 1 and illegal aren't going down without a fight.
Long term I think these real MJ stocks are going to be huge winners. Short term its going to be a bumpy ride. Lets hope the United Nations does indeed rule CBD to be a "supplement" I think also the decision of the World Doping Agency last month, to remove CBD from the list of banned substances (for athletes) will have a positive bearing on this.
Lots to look forward to in the next 6 months.
