Mr. Peterson has told very clearly that they can't get a traditional finance to expand their business. So they have to use toxic financing/dilution instead of it. He also said very clearly, that they will do that as long as needed, to achieve their ultimate goal. (Home run). If you would be a true investor, you should be aware that. Listen those conference calls someday.

I'm extremely happy to buy TRTC from these levels. If SP goes down tomorrow etc, I'm happy to buy more.
