I think from what I have been reading that the addendum filed may be the new CEO stepping down. It doesn't seem like he is doing much or really cares about the company. After 3 months he didn't make the money he wanted from the shell so he will be gone. It looks like he's done this a few times before.
Right. The truth about ARNH and it's scammy controller, Audacious Adrian, is right there for anyone who wants to find it. The stock is going nowhere.. except for the possibility of an R/S, in which case it'll fall much lower.
