LOL what a joke...first the merger company denies the merger on twitter and now a skull and cross bones? Tomorrow morning dont all dump at once... Last one out turn off the lights.

VIDA is severely delinquent in their filing obligations. Their last 10Q was for Dec. 31,2012 and their last 10K was for fiscal year-end June 30, 2012.

The stock skipped under the SEC's radar for delinquent Financials but the fraudulent promo should be a honkin big RED FLAG to the SEC.
