ALKM has had this solid bottom for over 8 month now they say they have all this stuff going on but still can't put out filings ..it is looking like a big scam to me I didn't know you can still dilute your stock without putting out filings to let the shareholder know what is going on and why SEC has not stepped in I don't know ..
