Can't say for sure, pfort, but figure they want to "state" everything on the conservative side to avoid the appearance of misleading investors, if it indeed takes that long. It could just as well be SOONer rather than LADR. It don't MADR as long as my gains are FADR! It's all a BIG IF!! lol!
