Restricted yes, but only for 6 months in a Goldman-sacs Facebook type IPO. Now, with the IPO timeline advancing and expected to be complete before the end of the year, we should receive distribution between now and say middle of December. Therefore, the restriction will be lifted sometime May of 2018. Woohoo!
