I have asked you a couple of questions and you still have been untruthful concerning your financials why is that? You said they were up to date with the SEC and of course they aren't. Now you tell me they are ONLY a year behind which any faithful company shouldn't be any behind.

They haven't filed a 10k for the years 2015 2016 and 2017 is coming up. They haven't filed a 10Q since 12/31/2015.
