#58269 RE: Lexey #58266

This was sent to him by one of my associates yesterday morning with ZERO response - see how much he cares about the shareholders by not responding and stopping a wall?

“Mr. Costley,

It is starting to become apparent that your interests are not the share price of your company. If it were I’d expect you would not have had to increase the available shares by 4 billion as you would have been confident in sales figures and your ability to communicate that information to your investor base in order to increase your companies share price and thus reduce the total shares any outstanding notes would convert for.
Your lack of willingness to address the share price is of a major concern to me and others I am aligned with. The amount of cash we as a whole have invested into this companies public share is a larger one than we are accustomed to as we truly believe in the business and the connections it has in the business world. Unfortunately your ability to communicate these with the correct timing to your shareholders is extremely lacking and thus causing the share price movement to be the opposite of what it could be.
My advise to you is to release sales figures as someone in my circle has brought up. Sales figures from opening until today would speak volumes.
Release information on reorders, initial purchase order size from Sodexo, the status of Jawea after a month plus since LOI, release the quarterly early (a great gesture since last few were late nearly a combined 12 months).
So much you could be doing to raise the share price and thus lower the AS amount because let’s face it Mr. Costley, the higher the price per share is the lower amount of shares the notes will be able to convert for and thus the lower the available shares would need to be.
You’ve ignored my previous 3 emails, this one being ignored will most likely cause my group to sell off 1.3 billion shares at break even. This will allow notes to convert at 50% discount of .0001 or a conversion of .00005 for more shares than currently available. And that’s only if there is enough support at .0001 to maintain a bid. Could very easily put the conversion price below .0001 if market makers lower the price to sub .0001 prices thus killing the play completely and forcing you to preform a RS and wiping out current shareholders.
Your move sir. But as a shareholder I expect my CEO to release information to help the share price of its available and the sales numbers from the initial weekend ARE available at the very least to tweet. And the status of a LOI on Jawea is also undoubtedly available.
Respectfully,”
