Disney has an off season because it's for kids and they have school. Not true for adults that want to get hammered and party on a trip to Vegas. There's no reason this thing can't maintain op tempo year round if it's a legitimate business, especially considering it's only a few hour train ride. Not exactly something time prohibitive since you can do the whole thing any weekend.
