Interesting. The EOSRL (Taiwan microled consortium (look it up)) is discussing LED Chip transfer for microLED backlight but Apples patent that Trevor (LOL) found uses a blue QD film for that purpose. No need for thousands of LED Chips and their transfer. Speeds production, and decreases problems.
