The question I reponded to:

What is the possibility of PSTI knowing what is happening with the Gov.



I stand by my response! It's a public process. The debate
is public (it's a public policy issue, part of the legislative process).
We (and nobody else) knows for sure what the final decision
will be, but I assure you that PSTI management is following this
closely, and they're in contact with gov. officials involved.

From personal experience, I worked for a while for a company
with a US Airforce contract, and we knew about policy issues
and directions in real time. Companies need information to be
prepared for requests, so it's a win-win situation for all to be
informed.
