What is the possibility of PSTI knowing what is happening with the Gov.

They know what is going on, of this I am certain. The shareholders....not so much. The money is 100% needed for current cash burn, nothing more. To imply anything different is not only foolhardy, it is misleading. Do the math on cash burn and compare with their comments on how long this will keep the lights on....this isn't rocket science.
