what is purported to be factual must be considered in context. In the scientific world, Press Releases and company propaganda are not considered facts. so I will accept one of two options:
1. publication of the trial results in a respectable peer reviewed journal or
2. FDA approval.
As neither seem imminent, our conclusion is that there are no facts here
