WeeZuhl has some official graphs that show how well SequestOx works. There have been no adverse events with SequestOx and it works well killing pain, although the original took an extra 10 mins-15 mins to start kicking in. The Master Formulators are doing InVitro Studies as we speak to speed up pain relief. It also passed ALL HAL studies showing it was significantly resistant to abuse.

Yes it has long been know that Naltrexone blocks the opiod receptors. Abusing Opiod/Naltrexone release the sequestered naltrexone which blocks the Euphoric response to the opiod.

Elite has patents covering both 2 bead and Physical barrier antagonist/agonist AD formulations. $$$$$$$$$$

Purdue will have to give up much of its name brand OxyContin to Elite's generic OxyContin.
