Their original post was vague and did not specifically say the land was in ca city. They simply alluded to it. This is a tactic they have used in the past, so I wasn't buying it. They clarified after I said something. I still don't get why they don't just disclose the address. Why didn't they simply say it was in ca city in the pr. Let's say that's as good as we will get from them, the next piece of info they should share is a timeline. That will allow investors to gage when they should see updates and progress. Right now, who knows how long it will take them to close and then start growing. How locked down is this deal? The info they have provided is extremely ambiguous. Same goes for the info they have provided regarding the software. They need to do much better on their next pr. Give some milestones and dates to expect them to be reached, and then execute.

Also, what should investors expect for revenue in the next 10q? Very hard to determine based on the info we have. I can only assume it will be a q over q decreases because we've heard nothing from them indicating it was on pace to beat last q.

If this ever pays off, it seems it will be a long time down the road. In the mean time, other mj plays are well ahead of mcig and running hard.
