I believe that we (SANP) are an alternate reporting ticker. I've been in ONC! for a while (first buy .0007) and they are also Alt Reporting. I may be mistaken but I don't believe I've seen a single 8-k in the rise to high of near .02

Their Q4 is due 12/15 and they will have the annual report audited. I think once there are audited fins then they will change over to fully reporting. Plenty of someones know more about this than me, but I believe there is some kind of correlation.

Alt Report seems to be mostly PR's and tweets, so I'm not looking for an 8k anytime soon, just based on this. Q4 and annual fins audited then 8k's required. Until then I don't think they are required, but probably optional. JMO and like I said, many others know the actual details about this for sure.
