Ridiculously low market cap. A puny 40 mil. mkt cap makes this a 10 bagger-and they are working on blockbusters.

2 YEARS before any product on market IF the GOV't Fast Tracks ZYKA.

However, before then, who knows who may want to team up with GOVX. I think that's the real reason it's being accumulated. Someone knows something, 100K blocks on the BUY side have been going through for 3 weeks now...

This is not penny pinching day players...
