BAM False!! No financials as they are over 2 months late even though IR reportedly guaranteed them several weeks back. What more, if someone sold the entire day's volume by the increase in PPS they would have made $142. So many other penny stocks out there that would have made much more of a return with similar volume and they know who their CEOs are.
