Volume is the most important here, just more sells then buys today. This is the OTC most day traders buy the hype and sell on news. Im long here and shorts will be catching us soon IMO. Im not expecting us to fly until we see audited financials in December. 2018 is setting up to be a great year, dont be fooled by the day to day. $ONCI
