You know he'll NEVER move his operations outside Ontario right? Ontario has looser regulations that allow him to operate without properly reporting. Outside Ontario there are laws that prevent pump and dump operations from running their scams. Otherwise it would be ideal for him to move anywhere BUT Ontario since land is cheaper, labor costs are lower and tax breaks are greater. That should be one of the biggest tell-tale signs that Bill never intended for the actual business to succeed.
