After speaking with him I can tell you he's extremely pissed and has his lawyers working on getting JMJ out of the picture. He said that this hit him like 2x4 and was very unexpected and wasn't thinking they would convert all of it now. Said he's working his ass off on many things...he can't violate the rules of the SEC by saying anything specific but said a lot of things coming our way. Dilution almost done....u can believe me or not..idc. I'm in!
