Nope, those are opinions. A fact would be something like today’s current EVTI Sell Volume is 324,723,205.

I think developments in the 2nd case is what is behind the surge in volume.

A positive result would be huge for the officers.

I think the volume is the result of the developments in those cases.

There are not enough "Pumpers" here to consider this a "P & D".

Opinion is not anywhere near “factual”

But I think the volume is the result of the developments in those cases.

Even the opinion is nonsense.

$584,000 plus damages.. just a bit more factual information for the DEFAULT Judgement pending in the first case. Can't wait to see what happens.

You're welcome.

As was noted, the 1st of the New York cases has a default judgment entered. EVTI did not even bother to file an Appearance or Answer to the Complaint.

They are waiting on a final determination of the Judgment amount to be made by the Judge.

The 2nd case is interesting, and I do not think the timing on the huge volume of stock trading hands yesterday is a coincidence.

If the Company is selling shares (which is a good assumption as others have pointed out), SOMEONE is paying for or accepting those shares for value. Why would the Note holders take shares (even at a discount) if there was clearly no value.

I don't think individual traders are buying up this volume. Now we will wait to see what develops. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Good Fortune to All.
