I have bought stock using a limit where the price was fractionally below my limit. So for example I put the limit as .0004 and they are bought at .00038.
For the record, I don't know why you care. But I have 2 orders in, 1 order was to buy 4,000,000 shares at .0003. and I got my 4,000,000 shares between .00022 and .0003. I also got greedy and have a buy order in for 4,000,000 at .0002 none of that order has filled and still sitting open. I don't lie.
