Here's how the game works if interested.

If volume is low, and I'm desiring to increase my position at low price. I sell a small amount (100 or 500) into the bid in hopes that a trade trigger is hit and someone auto-dumps their position into my waiting bid. I think that may have happened today with a 300k+ trade. (I hope not, because its just WRONG, but it was proceeded by a 100 share trade of $3.50)

Same is true for the opposite side if there is low volume and I want to exit.

This stock is being manipulated. Be careful with trade triggers here...

YEAH, those wascally manipulators have brought MXSG down from the soaring height of .20+ to the abyss it finds itself in today.
It appears that the ubiquitous manipulators are much better at their job than MXSG is at doing ITS' job.
