Yep, I get it, they were off on the filing date, but the CEO hasn't lied about it yet hence the word "expect". So if he expected to file last week, but had unforeseen delays, then in order to have not lied it means the filing is coming very soon. If it doesn't come soon THEN maybe it was a lie.. for now, ICBU remains a strong buy
