Lets see you asked the following:

Next financials are an 8K are they not ? Only if Audit is completed. Only audited financials are preceded with an 8-K So if the audit is completed and we are ready to up list then an 8-K should be filed

When are they due doest thou knowest ? Company has in the past released the Annual report by Mid December. Should be that time again this year.

Will the CC on Fri. be available on the laptop do you know ?
Should not be hard to do for any viable company. If your lap top has dial in capabilities you can use it. Some do some dont. Only you know the answer to that. Should not be hard to find out what your lap top can and can not do.
