Because OTCM gave the company ticker Caveat Emptor rating because of a $25,000 promo. The CEO lost credibility because he did not address the issue with shareholders

As for a bounce off of 22 that depends if the ask keeps getting stacked or not. Trading is not very smart at the moment but it does show good support in the mid to upper 20's if the bull can hold
