I believe the answer is pretty simple about BW not buying enough shares to control market or support the stock. They don't have that kind of money anymore. IMHO they were flat out manipulators that got burned at their own game. It's a shame all the money they lost could not have gone to the company and likewise had it gone to them it would have been better to have had better management in place. I believe the market clearly doesn't want the "new" management to win this battle. If the Ghauri's could hang on and try again with their feet to the fire so to speak maybe something could arise from the ashes. But for now it's hard to see why the company could be worth more than a $1 per share. With all this going on-bleeding what little cash they have and absolutely killing them as far as getting new business it's an extreme crap shoot buying it even below a $1 IMO.
