That article is from 2010, but if you search for the ticker stated in the article, $FOTV, it is not valid. For what ever reason, he is having a reeeaallyy tough time going public.

And what is the favored method of going public in the OTC?

I know where Johnny wants to be.

So yes, a bit of a stretch, but it makes sense given the amount of FilmOn content on Viva and struggles Mr. David has had going public.

And anyway, I'm not really convinced by that angle anymore - still a possibility, yes - but not a super high probability.
