The fact that it's a clean shell is impressive enough ( at least it trades and has mm's )
Not many " inactive " companies are at least a good target to use to go public

Plus it doesn't sound Mr. M is throwing in the towel either on Paradigm Med so I'll keep waiting to see if anything comes from years of patience lol
