IMHO I think buying in or re-entering in this range is pretty safe, we have rarely dipped lower and it was not a prolonged bottom. I think the prospects of going up and being able to get a return on shares purchased at this range are very good. But not good enough for some of us that have average share prices closer to 0.03 and 0.04.
