IMO BLDV will have to do a reverse split. I would also hope they spin off to shareholders the new Canadian trading entity to increase shareholder value.

Kudos for catching the stray zero in my earlier post.

The market value today is $4.6 million (O/S x $0.001).

The most BLDV has been so far was $0.057 which means..

$0.057= a market value of $26.4 million

If you multiply $0.057 x 2.64 you get $0.15

$0.15= a market value of $69.6 million--roughly the same as IIPR today.

It would take a 1,413% increase for BLDV to run from today's $0.001
up to $0.15. Even a "10 bagger" from today only gets you to $0.01.

I guess any higher valuation is possible if people are convinced the business justifies it. Q3 (July 1- Sept 30th) is due soon. I look at it this way--

If Apler took BLDV into the "Shark Tank" how much do you think he'd e offered for it?
